At the outset, while most of our woodwork happens in factory to give that clean finish, some items are better manufactured by hand. We are also open to carrying out the work in the traditional way on the location. Things like false ceiling etc have to obviously happen on site.
MATERIAL
We use only plywood and no Particle board in our base material including any places in framework or shutters. Check the advantages of Plywood over Particle Board. MDF may only be used when necessary for design purpose and that too only after prior discussion with the customer. Plywood used is ISI grade. For kitchen and bathrooms, we use (Boiling Water Proof) plywood while for all other areas.
FINISH
All internal areas are laminated using 0.68 mm or above white laminate irrespective of external finish. We do not use paint for insides External faces of shutters and other outside facing areas will have either 1 mm laminate or 0.1 mm membrane depending on the finish discussed with the customer.
HARDWARE:
All hinges and channels are either Hettich or EBCO. Both of these brands give lifetime guarantee on the products. Please do not clean any of these with soap or the guarantee is void. Locks where used are of Europa brand. Iron nails and SS screws are used where required.
